Tone you inner thigh without a lot of squats because of knee condition.
Below Exercise just EASILY lying down on exercise mats or
floor.
1 . Leg Crossing inner leg lifting15 reps 3 sets

Lie down and both leg straight.

If of the leg cross to another side by foot on
floor.
3.
Swing the straighten leg up and down.
4.
Then switch to exercise your another leg.
5.
This exercised focused on the inner thigh
muscle.

Clamshell, upper leg kick to abs
15 reps for 3 sets
1.
Lie down and face to your side,
2.
The leg on top should rise and high as possible,
3.
then slowly down without touching another leg,
4.
next switching to other leg,
5.
this exercised on inner thigh fat without
squatting.
3 .
Leg Scissors exercise
15 reps for 3 sets
1.
Lie down and face up and leg straight,
2.
Leg should open wider apart and right leg
scissor to top another leg,
3.
then widely open and now right leg scissors
below another leg.
4.
That count as 1 reps, repeat 15 reps for 3 set,
5.
This exercise focuses more on inner thigh.
4 . Thigh Squeeze small ball, lift butt abit off the floor , do not touches the floor (use Ball, Pillow or Knotted Towel)

Lie down and squeeze the ball with butt off the
floor,

Squeeze the ball and hold,
3.
Then release and repeat for 15 reps for 3 sets.

This exercise burn inner thigh fat.
5 . Inner foot kick towards chest
1.
Lie down and Right foot kick towards chest,
2.
Then alternate left foot kicking towards chest.
6 . Thigh Squeezing BIG Ball, butt can lay on floor
1.
Lastly squeeze a bigger yoga ball,
2.
Squeeze the ball and hold,
3.
Then release and repeat for 15 reps for 3 set.
4.
This exercise burn inner thigh fat.
